A late 19th century scrap book was kindly donated to the Museum last year by Shelagh Rogers who was a relative to William Henry Tremewan who made the scrap book. The book was in a very fragile condition so funding was sourced from the Association of Independent Museums of which we are a member. With this funding it enabled the museum to send the book away to PZ Conservation CIC to have it fully conserved and an exact facsimile made which can be viewed in the museum.

A very generous funding has been obtained from SITA CORNWALL TRUST which together with funding from Perranporth Gardens Charities and money from our own funds will enable the museum to proceed on an ambitious building plan as follows

Replace the existing entrance door
Replace 8 windows
Replace internal fire door
Renew entrance foyer floor
Replace heating system
Plus other building work
